  • Sale sample to be forwarded in beforehand to any negotiation.
  • Formal contract duly signed, sealed and accepted by both parties, to be issued.
  • Special shipping conditions to be included in the referred contract.
  • Shipping marks to be delivered with enough anticipation to avoid any unpleasant inconvenience.
  • Shipping departures according to the Shipping Line Schedules.

Payment terms:

20% in advanced payment, transferred to our local Bank, through a Worldwide first class Bank. Balance payment: CAD on first presentation, through a Worldwide First Class Bank.
20% in advanced payment. Balance payment (80%): Opened, irrevocable, at sight Letter of Credit . Conditions to be clearly stated in the document to prevent further inconveniences. Our Bank's details to be forwarded over to our customers, once the deal is closed.
100% Letter of Credit, through a Worldwide First Class Bank.
Any other trading condition duly agreed between COBDEX S.A. and buyers.
